The functional processing technology is suitable for cotton, wool, silk, hemp and various chemical fibre, blending, interlaced fabric and textile-finished products, especially for chemical fibre textile (as terylene, cotton terylene, wool terylene products, which have worst moisture absorption nature), which have stronger pertinency and prominent effect.

Nowadays, most clothes (including inside and outside clothes), finery, home fabric are chemical fibre and blending products, which have excellences of resisting scrape, burliness, cheap price. But they make people sultry, cannot absorb sweat, are easy to dirty and difficult to resist dirt, can attract dirt and have much static etc, which make people feel bothered. Aiming to these shortcomings, our company develops the disposing technology with strong functions of leading humility and decontamination for nano interface. The fabric proceed by the technology has been checked several times by quality monitor and test authoritative organization of textile product that is recognized by nation. According to the standard of FZ/T01071-1999, the contrast enhances 6-15 times after capillary effect process; soak quantity is increased; the oil is easier to wash, and it will not be polluted secondly; the static is not easy to accumulate; half life is shortened, specific resistance on the surface is lower; handle and plasticity are ameliorated. The technology is based on deeply analyzing and researching the physical and chemical characters, molecule structure and requirement of every kind of fiber and material for spinning, adopting nanometer interface technology, keeping the material structure and advantage of original fiber, only changing the nanometer level modification for the surface of the fiber, which is a revised technology of endowing new function on the nanometer interface for the fiber material. All the chemical fiber are the compounded macromolecule material, the moisture absorption of ordinary chemical fiber (whether the terylene, nylon, or the polypropylene, acrylic ) is much worse than the natural fiber, take the terylene as an example, its rate of moisture absorption is only 0.4%,less than the 1/10 of cotton fiber, the macromolecule structure of terylene is linetype molecules chain, lacking of affinity for water group; the surface strain is about 43mN/m,which is higher than oil stain, but lower than water, and the strain of terylene in the water will be increased; at the same time, the activity of macromolecule is very weak, not easily transferring the electricity;So it results in the abuses of weak moisture absorption, slow sweating, strong static, difficult washing for stain. Applying the technology, grafting the strong chain of affinity for water group with the macromolecule on the fiber surface, increasing the capillary effect greatly; coming into being the primary forms with good electric function using the effective active group on the fiber surface, decreasing the fiber surface resistance, and converge the strain transforming film of dry-wet interface with nanometer level on the fiber surface synchronously, preventing oil pollution with the lower surface strain than oil when the fiber is in the dry condition, but when it is in the water, involving in the wet condition, its surface strain becomes higher, making the oil stain falling off from the fiber surface with the good hydrophilic feature. Furthermore, the outside material will not be polluted secondly with the dreggy lotion during washing; it can carry out the effect of decontamination. By repeated experiments and testing, the technology is applicable that can improve the serviceability, detergency and comfort effectively and enduringly for the chemical fiber.

As for increasing the hygroscopicity and modifying the chemical fiber outside material, both here and abroad all attain many fruits by adopting different ways, such as the ¡°Coolmax¡± heterotypic high electric conductivity wet terylene fiber, and ¡°Dry Tech¡±, ¡°CoolBest¡± of other company etc, which are the lerylene moisture absorption fiber that can improve the hygroscopicity of terylene fiber effectively. Comparing with ordinary terylene fiber, it is little but expensive. The applicable object of the technology of our company is ordinary terylene, which can be applied for other chemical fiber, nature fiber and wet spinning fabric, and attain the same effect of high electrical conductivity and wet strength as the ¡°Coolmax¡±, moreover, it also add the function of decontamination that heterotypic terylene can¡¯t contain. The technology of our company is after finish technology of spinning outside material or finished products, easily operating, low cost of producing, wide application, prominent effect, strong washability and endurance, without harmful substance, healthy, can improve the behavioral price and additive value of ordinary fiber effectively.
