There is a way to eat what you want and still have that tight tummy you've always dreamed of! Follow these tips and you'll be showing off those abs in no time.

Don't always do stomach exercises. Instead increase your metabolism level. That way you'll burn fat even when you're asleep!
Find a sturdy object to use or do your sit ups on. A medium-sized yoga ball or the arm of a sofa will work.
Cross your hands in front of your chest, or pretend to reach toward the way you are sitting up. Never do sit ups with your hands in the popular behind-the-neck position. All it does is give you neck strain and total pain.
When doing the actual sit up, you must feel a curve in the lower and upper abdominals (stomach), and do a set of maybe 50 or so 5 times. If this sit up routine is brand-new to you, take it slowly with only a total of 50 or less a day.
