Q: What¡¯s the application method of Super Biparental Self-cleaning spray agent? Have to use the spray gun or home spray bottle? Does it need to heat when iron? At what temperature? How long can its effect on the surface of fabrics last?

A: The application method of Super Biparental Self-cleaning Spray Agent is the same as that of Water And Oil Repellent. Namely:

Instruction For Washing:

1. Keep the fabric dry
2. Spray or coat the antifouling composition through spraying or coating in the surface of the fabric that needs to be treated. Water content is not less than 20% (also can adopt soaking method).
3. Airing or drying the fabric after being treated
4. Carry out ironing at high temperature to the fabric after being treated and the temperature should be adjusted in terms of the principle not harm the fabric. The higher temperature, the better effect it is.
5. Due to above features and functions, washing method of fabrics treated by nanometer technology is different that is not treated. The treated fabrics only need scrape with absorbent paper when it is polluted by oil stain.
6. Fabrics treated by nanometer technology only can be washed by machine but washed by hand. Need to be ironed after washing.
7. Textiles being coated and textiles made of glue fabrics are not suitable for this auxiliary.

Suggested Dosage:

1. For 400g per meter of wool and terylene cloth (terylene 90% and wool 10%), dosage is about 200g in large-scale manufacture of print works.
2. For 400g per meter of cotton knitting cloth, dosage is about 400g in large-scale manufacture of print works.
3. For 400g per meter of cotton tatting cloth, dosage is about 300g in large-scale manufacture of print works.
4. If spray the cloth, add about 50~100% dosage to it per meter.
If the application of super biparental products, no matter in industry or at home, it not only can use spray gun or spray bottle but also can soak, the soaking time is 5¡«10mintues. When adopt ironer to iron clothes, once the temperature won¡¯t damage the textile, higher its temperature is the effect will be better. If there is any difference, it has two points: the first is the textile after being used super biparental self-cleaning spray agent, its effective time is almost forever once the cloth is still being used it will be forever. The second is the fabric after being used super biparental products it has certain anti-static function.
